The role

Grupoconstant, through its company Personal 7, specializes in outsourcing services for the hotel sector. We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Seville and carry out important duties in the maintenance of tourist apartments.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper operation and creating a pleasant, safe environment for guests by performing various maintenance tasks. With a focus on quality, the selected professional will carry out repairs and basic maintenance at the hotel facilities, ensuring that all areas are in optimal condition.

What you'll do

The main responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician include, but are not limited to:

Performing basic repairs:
Carrying out electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting work at the apartment facilities.
Identifying and resolving issues at the facilities to ensure their proper operation.
Room maintenance:
Performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in the rooms, ensuring they are ready to receive guests.
Collaborating with other departments to coordinate repairs and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Maintenance of other apartment facilities:
Ensuring that all areas of the hotel, including common areas, are in optimal condition.
Participating in the implementation of preventive maintenance programs to extend the useful life of the facilities.
