What we are looking for:
- Location: IQOS Boutique Málaga.
- Working day: 40 hours per week on rotating shifts.
- University degree or equivalent.
- English (minimum B2, you will use it 80% of the day-to-day) and Spanish (minimum C1).
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- +4 years of experience in retail and team leadership.
- Solid knowledge in financial management (KPIs, budget) and service metrics (Mystery Shopping, NPS).
- High emotional intelligence, results orientation, and adaptability.

Our retail teams lead the consumer experience in our IQOS boutiques. As a Boutique Manager in Málaga, you will be key to ensuring operational excellence, driving commercial results, and leading a customer-oriented team.

Your day-to-day:
You will ensure the optimal functioning of the boutique, excellence in the customer experience, and commercial performance as a brand ambassador and team leader.

What you'll do

1. Business Management:
- Analyze the business to meet commercial and service objectives (P&L, quantitative and qualitative KPIs).
- Manage, motivate, and support the team toward the achievement of goals.
- Prepare periodic reports and execute action plans to improve performance.
- Develop relationships with local retailers and ensure the correct execution of Visual Merchandising.

2. Operations Management:
- Guarantee operational standards: stock, inventory, cash reconciliations, closings, and administrative processes.
- Supervise front and back office operations, audits, security, and customer registration.
- Implement corrective actions in response to operational deviations.

3. Consumer Management:
- Ensure service and welcome aligned with IQOS premium standards.
- Monitor the in-store and back office experience, intervening in complex incidents and providing continuous feedback.
- Analyze quality indicators (Mystery Shopping, NPS) together with the Area Supervisor for continuous improvement.

4. People Management:
- Lead, develop, and motivate the team by fostering a positive working environment.
- Collaborate with HR on recruitment, induction, training, evaluation, and career plans.
- Direct daily briefings and 1-on-1 follow-up and feedback meetings.
- Optimize staff schedules and shifts according to business demand.
