Commercial Promoter in Tobacco Shop - Elche

• High School Diploma or Intermediate Vocational Training completed at a minimum.
• Previous experience in sales, customer acquisition, promotion, or customer service.
• Minimum Spanish level C1.
• Legal and permanent permit to work in Spain.
• Availability to travel within the assigned area.
• Availability to work a split/intensive shift from Monday to Friday with legal breaks (40h/week in 5 days).
• Initiative to engage in commercial conversations constantly.
• Communication skills, active listening, and goal orientation.
• Resilience in the face of commercial rejection and the ability to generate trusting relationships.
• Adaptability, responsibility, and autonomy in daily management.

• Experience in retail, promotions, customer service, or direct sales.
• Experience with commercial KPIs, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and English.

• Permanent contract.

• Fixed + variable salary based on €450 monthly with no limits depending on results.

Your mission
You will carry out your activities at points of sale (tobacco shops) within your assigned area. Your objective will be to attract new adult users to our smoke-free alternatives, build loyalty with existing ones, and contribute to business growth.

• Proactively approach adult smokers at the point of sale (tobacco shop).
• Understand their needs and offer recommendations through consultative and responsible selling.
• Work to achieve the sales objectives defined for your area.
• Build collaborative relationships with tobacco shop owners and point-of-sale staff.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product portfolio and communicate its benefits.
• Monitor your results and propose actions to improve your performance.
• Execute activities following PMI standards and strategy.
• Adapt to different points of sale, consumers, and commercial situations.
