Crop Technician

Planasa needs to incorporate a Cultivation Technician into its facilities in Fuente el Olmo (Segovia); some of its main functions will be:

• Organize, supervise, and control the work teams in the assigned farms and centers according to the guidelines set by the manager.
• Facilitate the achievement of planning in terms of date, quantity, and quality.
• Assist the Field Manager in making agronomic decisions for open-field crops, fertilizations, irrigation, phytosanitary treatments, and general management of their area of operation.

Planasa precisa incorporar en sus instalaciones de Fuente el Olmo (Segovia) un Técnico de Cultivo, algunas de sus principales funciones serán:

• Organizar, supervisar y controlar los equipos de trabajo en las fincas y centros asignados de acuerdo a las pautas marcadas por el responsable.
• Facilitar la consecución de las planificaciones en fecha, cantidad y calidad.
• Ayudar al Responsable de Campo en la toma de decisiones agronómicas de cultivos de campo abierto, fertilizaciones, riego, tratamientos fitosanitarios y manejo general de su zona de actuación.
