What we're looking for

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Training in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or similar.
Previous experience as a Field Technician managing woody and/or horticultural crops.
Solid knowledge in irrigation, fertilization, treatments, and handling of agricultural machinery.
Ability to coordinate work teams.
Handling of digital agricultural tools and field notebooks.
Phytosanitary applicator license (qualified level).
Organized, results-oriented, and proactive person.

The role

Growing agricultural company, with woody and horticultural crop farms in the province of Cádiz. They are looking to incorporate a Field Technician responsible for the comprehensive management of the farms and the monitoring of the crops.

What you'll do

Planning and monitoring of crops (woody and horticultural).
Daily organization of field personnel (foremen and operators).
Supervision of agricultural machinery and coordination of its basic maintenance.
Land preparation, irrigation control, and fertilizing.
Planning and execution of phytosanitary treatments.
Registration, control, and purchase of phytosanitary products.
Preparation of budgets per agricultural campaign.
Control of consumption (water, fertilizers, materials).
Preparation and updating of the field notebook.
Coordination with suppliers, technical services, and external audits.
Supervision of OHS standards and compliance with agricultural certifications.
