Agricultural Worker

At Planasa we continue to grow and we want you to be part of this journey. We are currently looking for committed, responsible people who are eager to learn and contribute their daily effort to open-field and greenhouse agricultural tasks at our farm located in FUENTE EL OLMO, SEGOVIA.

Your work will be fundamental to the care and maintenance of our crops. Among the main functions are:

• Manual removal of weeds that may affect plant growth.
• Support in irrigation, cleaning, and small pruning tasks.
• Supervision of plant status and preparation of the ground for its correct development.
• Collaboration in the order and cleanliness of the work areas.
• Support in various agricultural tasks both in open fields and in greenhouses.

We are looking for people with enthusiasm for field work, willing to learn and to give their best. We value:

• Previous experience in agricultural tasks or the desire to acquire it
• Interest in learning and working in open fields and in greenhouses
• Ability to adapt to different tasks within the team
• Valid documentation to work in Spain

• Temporary contract from September 28 until the end of November 2026.
• Accommodation in a camp during the hiring period.
• Joining a dynamic team with experience in the agricultural sector.

Only people who have valid documentation to work in Spain, a current work permit, and a valid Social Security health card will be hired.

En Planasa seguimos creciendo y queremos que tú formes parte de este camino. Actualmente buscamos personas comprometidas, responsables y con ganas de aprender y aportar su esfuerzo diario en tareas agrícolas de campo abierto e invernadero en nuestra finca ubicada en FUENTE EL OLMO, SEGOVIA.

Tu trabajo será fundamental para el cuidado y mantenimiento de nuestros cultivos. Entre las principales funciones se encuentran:

• Retirada manual de malas hierbas que puedan afectar el crecimiento de las plantas.
• Apoyo en labores de riego, limpieza y pequeñas tareas de poda.
• Supervisión del estado de las plantas y preparación del terreno para su correcto desarrollo.
• Colaboración en el orden y limpieza de las zonas de trabajo.
• Apoyo en distintas tareas agrícolas tanto en campo abierto como en invernadero.

Buscamos personas con ilusión por el trabajo en el campo, dispuestas a aprender y a dar lo mejor de sí. Valoramos:

• Experiencia previa en labores agrícolas o ganas de adquirirla
• Interés por aprender y trabajar en campo abierto y en invernaderos
• Capacidad para adaptarse a distintas tareas dentro del equipo
• Documentación en regla para trabajar en España

• Contrato temporal desde el 28 de septiembre hasta finales de noviembre de 2026.
• Alojamiento en campamento durante el periodo de contratación.
• Incorporación a un equipo dinámico y con experiencia en el sector agrícola.

Solo se contratarán a personas que cuenten con documentación en regla para trabajar en España, permiso de trabajo vigente y tarjeta sanitaria de la Seguridad Social en vigor.
