The selected person will act as a direct link between customers and the company, providing value through technical knowledge of the crop and our varieties.

What you'll do

Main duties:

The GARLIC and ASPARAGUS Sales Technician will be responsible for developing and increasing sales, negotiating commercial conditions and prices, and closing sales agreements. They will manage and enhance the assigned customer portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through close and continuous follow-up.

Likewise, they will perform technical monitoring of customers and plantations, manage incidents or claims, and guarantee the necessary support to the customer regarding aspects related to orders, invoicing, logistics, quality, and collections. They will work in a coordinated manner with internal teams, especially with the production and sales administration departments, to ensure an effective service aligned with market needs.

They must stay updated on product news, competition, and industry trends, acting as a transmitter of that information both to the customer and to the various PLANASA teams. In this sense, they will understand the technical needs of the farmer and propose adapted solutions, properly communicating the benefits and advantages of our varieties.
