Mission

As a Propulsion Integration Technician on the integration team, you will be responsible for all aspects related to the integration of first and second stage engines, turbomachinery, and propulsion components, from gathering general requirements down to the details, while also providing support in manufacturing, assembly, and integration into launch vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Assemble engine subsystems, test, and install flight hardware.
• Perform hands-on operations with fragile components, both large and small.
• Read and interpret technical drawings.
• Perform any task in accordance with procedures, instructions, and specifications.
• Use calibrated precision tools, such as micrometers, calipers, and torque wrenches.
• Perform hydraulic and pneumatic tests.
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team (propulsion, testing, avionics) to meet quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Document and communicate test results comprehensively and clearly through design reviews.

• Vocational training in Electromechanics, Mechanics, Aeronautical Maintenance, or similar. 
• Knowledge of pressure, temperature, and flow measurement devices, mechanical and electrical systems, and propulsion engines.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to interact with other disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional and multitasking environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.

• Experience with aerospace industry standards (ECSS, NASA, RCC, MIL…).
• Ability to quickly adapt to environments with constant changes.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a demanding start-up environment that fosters autonomy.
• Fluency in written and oral communication, in both Spanish and English.
