What you'll do

How Your main role within the area will consist of carrying out the cutting and drilling of composite material components, ensuring compliance with the defined process parameters, in addition to meeting the established requirements for each component.

·       Performing rework operations, drilling, and manual machining, as well as final edge sealing, on composite material parts (CFRP, GFRP).

·       Interpreting drawings, CAD models, and technical documentation to ensure correct positioning and machining.

·       Selecting and using tools suitable for composite material (drills, milling cutters, diamond tools, etc.).

·       Controlling machining quality:

o   Dimensional tolerances.

o   Edge quality.

o   Absence of delamination or visible defects.

·       Adjusting cutting parameters (speed, feed) according to the material and operation.

·       Managing the traceability of parts and performed operations.

·       Performing basic maintenance on machines and tools.

·       Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area in accordance with 5S standards.

·       Complying with safety regulations, especially regarding carbon dust management.

What we're looking for

·       Higher Level Training Cycle (FP Grado Superior) in mechanical manufacturing or equivalent.

·       More than 5 years of experience performing similar tasks.

·       High proficiency in handling manual tools.
