What we're looking for

Minimum demonstrable experience of 1 year in manual prepreg layup of composites (carbon fiber or fiberglass).

Technical knowledge in the handling of prepregs, vacuum/bagging processes, and material traceability.

Ability for basic interpretation of drawings and thickness control.

A meticulous profile is required, with high attention to detail and the ability to strictly follow quality specifications.

Do you have experience working with composite materials and are you looking for a cutting-edge project?

What you'll do

Interpret manufacturing orders, technical drawings, and work instructions.

Prepare and verify the condition of the molds before starting the layup.

Perform the cutting of prepreg materials following the established patterns.

Execute manual layup operations, strictly respecting fiber orientations, sequences, and thicknesses.

Place cores, inserts, and auxiliary elements when the design requires it.

Carry out vacuum, bagging, and intermediate compaction processes.

Prepare parts for thermal curing in an oven or press.

Perform basic demolding and final finishing operations on the part.

Requirements

Availability to work on a 2-shift basis.
