What you'll do
- Monitor and follow up on incidents and complaints from customers or the Technical Service department.
- Monitor and update activities in the management system.
- Lead and/or actively participate in meetings with customers regarding quality issues, providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Leadership and application of quality tools in the preparation of 8D/RCA reports, promoting participation from departments and ensuring they are completed effectively.
- Act as a liaison to maintain the connection between customer complaints and supplier complaints.
- Monitor monthly customer performance KPIs and the associated improvement plan.
- Analyze and identify inefficiencies, proposing both preventive and corrective actions to ensure compliance and the achievement of determined objectives.
- Evaluate and measure the impact of the implemented actions.
- Manage the documentation associated with quality activities in the assigned area.
- Collaborate in the preparation, management, and cooperation of audits. As well as participate in customer visits to the company's facilities, or visit the customer when necessary.
- Manage the returns of material claimed for analysis in the factory.
