What you'll do

You will be responsible for the development, industrialization, and continuous improvement of electronic production processes, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, robustness, and safety, and actively participating in key automation and reengineering projects. Your main responsibilities:

Define, implement, and optimize automated electronic manufacturing processes.
Lead process improvements and advanced troubleshooting of plant issues.
Program and optimize SMD/THT machinery (pick & place, SPI, AOI, reflow ovens, X-ray, etc.).
Analyze KPIs and propose data-driven improvement actions.
Coordinate multidisciplinary projects and collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams.
Maintain technical process documentation (PFMEA, control plans, work instructions).
