IT Project Manager

●Qualification: Higher Vocational Training or Engineering degree

●Experience in industrial project management is essential

●Experience managing documentation, coordinating working meetings, performing project monitoring, managing project requests/orders, etc.

●Intermediate/advanced English is essential for meetings.

●IT knowledge is valued

●Permanent contract through our engineering department, P&PD.

From the P&PD engineering department (ATS Global), we are selecting a Project Manager to work in the IT area of one of our clients, a major company in the aeronautical sector based in Zamudio, Vizcaya.

The selected engineer will carry out the following functions:

●Documentation Management: Management of deliverables, tasks, and project documentation in SharePoint, Teams, and Planner

●Task Monitoring: Conducting periodic meetings with project teams to monitor milestones and tasks

●Meeting Management: Convening and coordinating project working meetings

●Request/Order Management: Management of project requests/orders

●UAT Coordination: Preparation and coordination of UAT sessions (User Acceptance Testing)

●Go Live Coordination: Coordination of project Go-Live tasks

●Special Support Coordination: Coordination of the resolution of incidents occurring during the special support period

●Project Closure: Handover of documentation and closure of all objects associated with the project
