The role
Contribute to the development and implementation of the Environmental Risk Management methodology throughout the entire company, with the aim of ensuring legal compliance in the environmental scope of its activities. All this, aligned with the strategy and framework of action established by the Environmental Risk Manager, in order to ensure homogenization in the application of internal criteria and actions within the company, mitigating these types of risks.
What you'll do
- Provide the support requested by the business unit in the management of environmental aspects associated with technical-legal environmental issues.
- Coordinate / supervise the resources necessary to obtain new environmental licenses and authorizations required in the exercise of PreZero's activity, participating in the preparation of specific documentation.
- Identify and evaluate the environmental risks of waste treatment facilities by performing the corresponding technical audits. Propose actions to minimize the detected environmental risks.
- Prepare the reports prior to the feasibility decision of a new project regarding its urban planning situation, the environmental protection figures that may be affected, and, where applicable, the administrative procedure to follow to obtain all environmental authorizations and licenses that may be required.
- Prepare technical reports to support the Legal Advisory team with the aim of drafting allegations for sanctioning proceedings initiated against our facilities and guaranteeing a correct response in quality and time regarding sanctioning proceedings or other types of administrative procedures.
- Occasionally contribute to other transversal tasks when the needs of the department require it.
