Identify, evaluate, and control occupational risks present in the services and facilities within their area of responsibility, implementing preventive measures and guaranteeing compliance with legal regulations, to ensure a safe working environment and strengthen the prevention culture within the organization.
What you'll do
- Perform and update risk assessments for the workplaces under their responsibility, as well as hygienic, ergonomic, and psychosocial measurements, additional technical reports, and control and follow-up visits.
- Perform regular supervision of preventive activities in the assigned services, ensuring the effective implementation of preventive measures.
- Advise the centers under their responsibility on matters of Health and Safety, labor inspections, committee meetings, and coordination of business activities, guaranteeing the adequacy of contracts to current legal regulations, following the guidelines set by the company and the specifications of the ISO 45001 standard.
- Carry out investigations of accidents and incidents, especially leading investigations of significant accidents and occupational diseases within their area of responsibility, identifying root causes and formulating recommendations.
- Perform the internal audits contemplated in the annual health and safety plan, with the objective of guaranteeing compliance with the guidelines established in the company's Management System, in addition to leading external audits (both legal and Management System audits) by accompanying auditors on site visits and supporting center managers to contribute to their smooth operation.
- Perform Technical Health and Safety Inspections at the workplaces to verify compliance with prevention aspects, as well as the supervision of safety visits and observations.
- Develop and deliver training courses on Health and Safety matters at the workplaces under their responsibility, in addition to carrying out incident management with the Mutua and SPA.
