Commercial Agent - Guaranteed Initial Commission

• We will provide you with a professional client portfolio for you to develop, carrying out ongoing follow-up and identifying opportunities for growth and customer loyalty.
• We will provide you with the necessary training so that you can attract and retain customers, building lasting, high-value business relationships, supporting them consistently throughout the entire sales cycle. 
• You will support our clients in using our online sales platform, guiding them in their daily use and helping them get the most out of the tool.

• At least 1.5 years of experience making outbound calls for commercial purposes.
• Previous experience in after-sales management.
• Accustomed to working towards targets and delivering results.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• User-level knowledge of Office.

We offer:

• Salary: Between €24,000 - €27,000 gross per year (base + commission)
• GUARANTEED COMMISSION for the first two months.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm.

• Pondremos a tu disposición una cartera de clientes profesionales para que la desarrolles, realizando un seguimiento continuo y detectando oportunidades de crecimiento y fidelización.
• Te proporcionaremos la formación necesaria para que puedas captar y fidelizar clientes, construyendo relaciones comerciales duraderas y de alto valor, acompañándolos de forma constante a lo largo de todo el ciclo comercial. 
• Apoyarás a nuestros clientes en el uso de nuestra plataforma de venta online, guiándoles en su manejo diario y ayudándoles a sacar el máximo partido a la herramienta.

• Al menos 1 año y medio de experiencia emitiendo llamadas con fines comerciales.
• Experiencia previa en gestión postventa.
• Acostumbrado/a a trabajar por objetivos y ofrecer resultados.
• Alta capacidad de comunicación, negociación y orientación al detalle.
• Nivel usuario de Office.

Ofrecemos:

• Salario: Entre 24.000€- 27.000€ brutos anual (base + comisiones)
• COMISIÓN GARANTIZADA durante los dos primeros meses.
• Horario: lunes a viernes de 10h - 19h.
• Zona de trabajo: Calle de Emilio Vargas, 6, Madrid - Modelo Híbrido de teletrabajo.
