Telephone Sales Agent - Home Insurance

• Secondary education level (ESO, high school diploma or equivalent).
• Experience in selling Home Insurance (preferred) or other types of Insurance (teleoperator in a call center, in-person sales representative, in brokerages/insurance companies)
• Good oral and written communication skills, with a professional attitude.
• Ability to manage customers with professionalism and empathy.
• Skill in computer handling and keyboard agility.
• Focus on results and motivation to exceed targets.

Honorability requirement

In order to provide services under this offer, in accordance with the honorability requirement set out in Royal Decree-Law 3/2020 of 4 February, it is mandatory to have no criminal record for criminal offences relating to the exercise of financial activities, and not to have been sanctioned in the administrative sphere in matters of insurance, banking, securities markets, public finances, social security, competition law, capital movements, economic transactions with foreign countries, money laundering and terrorist financing, and consumer and user protection for the commission of offences classified as very serious or serious. If the candidate is selected, they must sign the corresponding declaration of honorability together with the employment contract.

• Working day of 32.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday.(If performance is positive, there is the option to increase hours.)
• Schedules: From 11:30 to 18:00 or from 10:00 to 16:30 (we need to cover both schedules)
• On-site work at our Madrid center (CL Alcalá 265-Metro El Carmen). Possibility of teleworking after 3 months.
• In addition to the base salary (€14,282.98 gross/year for 32.5h/week - €1,190 gross/month), you can earn attractive incentives.
• Initial contract of 2 months, extendable (Stable service)
• Initial training is paid.
