The role

We are looking for a telephone sales profile to join a nationwide real estate management project, working with an already active client portfolio in the flex living and student residence sectors.

What you'll do

Receiving and managing incoming calls.
Qualifying leads.
Coordinating immediate viewings with clients.
Focus on closing sales (B2C model).
Managing and tracking opportunities through CRM.

Profile we are looking for

A person with a clear sales orientation, proactive, organized, and able to build trust with clients from the very first contact.

Requirements

Experience in a telephone sales position.

Fluent level of Spanish and English (essential).

Highly communicative profile, comfortable speaking and with persuasive skills.

Experience in B2C sales.

Proficiency with tools such as:

CRM

Excel (databases, pivot tables)

Availability to travel within Madrid to meet clients (essential).
