The role

Movistar Prosegur Alarmas is looking to hire a Service Team Leader (Technical Service Coordinator) for the Bilbao delegation for the alarm installation and maintenance area.

What you'll do

Reporting to the Technical Area Manager, the Service Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of between 7 and 10 technicians, as well as performing the following functions:

- Management of the technical team.

- Coordination and supervision of daily activities (installations, repairs, maintenance...)

- Control of technical documentation and H&S (Health and Safety).

- Selection and training of new staff.

- Management and supervision of contractors.

- Management of technical incidents with clients.

- Planning and assigning work zones, allocating the necessary technical resources.

- Ensuring compliance with the company's code of conduct, meeting the company's quality standards.
