The role

We are looking for a General Services Manager to take on a strategic role in the operational management of various services, leading teams, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring maximum client satisfaction.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising assigned services, ensuring efficient execution of operations, compliance with quality standards, and achievement of established goals. You will also serve as a reference for operational teams, fostering a collaborative, results-driven, and excellence-oriented work environment.

Plan, organize, and coordinate the services under your responsibility.
Lead, support, and develop operational teams in their daily activities.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and security standards.
Maintain close and professional relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify improvement opportunities and implement initiatives aimed at optimizing processes and resources.
Manage incidents and establish effective solutions in an agile and proactive manner.
Coordinate with different areas of the organization to ensure the proper functioning of operations.
Monitor indicators and results to continuously improve service efficiency.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety regulations.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

University education or demonstrable equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in positions of responsibility within service environments, logistics, hospitality, or related sectors.
Specific training related to waste management, chemical products, materials, or other technical areas will be valued.
