Tech Ventures Investment Manager

• Lead the execution of investments and divestments from term sheet negotiation to deal closing.
• Coordinate and supervise financial, strategic, legal, and business due diligence processes.
• Negotiate directly with founders, startups, co-investors, external advisors, and legal teams.
• Draft, review, and negotiate investment agreements, shareholders' agreements, and associated corporate documentation.
• Design negotiation strategies that protect Prosegur's financial and strategic interests.
• Identify legal, financial, and operational risks and propose practical solutions to mitigate them.
• Prepare financial analyses, valuation models, and investment recommendations for the fund's decision-making bodies.
• Collaborate closely with the investment team on deal flow analysis and defining the best opportunities.

We are looking to hire a Tech Ventures Investment Manager__SJ

• Between 12 and 15 years of professional experience in venture capital, corporate venture capital, growth equity, strategic investments, or M&A.
• Demonstrable experience leading and executing investment operations in high-growth companies.
• Combined professional career in investment funds, corporate investment arms, and/or top-tier international law firms specializing in Corporate, M&A, or Venture Capital.
• Solid knowledge of financial analysis, company valuation, and financial modeling.
• Experience in negotiating and structuring investment agreements, shareholder arrangements, and corporate
• International experience in multi-country operations and with multiple investors.
• Ability to analyze investment opportunities from a strategic, financial, legal, and business perspective.
• Experience representing corporate interests in governing bodies or Boards of Directors.
• Excellent negotiation, influence, and decision-making skills.

• Previous experience in technological environments, innovation, or startups.
• Ability to balance corporate interests with the agility inherent to venture capital ecosystems.
• Strategic mindset and orientation toward long-term value creation.
