Senior Operational Transformation and Efficiency Specialist

We are looking for professionals with approximately 3-5 years or more of experience in operational transformation, Operational Excellence, process improvement and optimization, business analytics applied to operations, operations consulting, or similar fields.

• Experience in analysis, improvement, and redesign of operational processes.
• Ability to work autonomously with data: extraction, processing, analysis, and interpretation.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience working with Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools.
• Experience defining and analyzing operational KPIs such as productivity, cycle times, quality, error rate, SLA, capacity, resources, or cost per transaction.
• Ability to economically quantify transformation initiatives and develop business cases.
• Analytical capacity, business vision, and results orientation.
• Autonomy to structure complex problems, identify opportunities, and propose solutions.
• Ability to present and defend recommendations to different stakeholders and levels of the organization.
• University degree in Engineering, ADE (Business Administration), Economics, Industrial Organization, or similar training.
• Sufficient English level to work with documentation and operate in international professional environments.

Experience in BPO, banking, insurance, contact center, customer operations, back office, or any environment with high-volume transactional operations and repetitive processes will be especially valued.

• Postgraduate training in Business Analytics, Operations, Digital Transformation, or related fields.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or Operational Excellence methodologies.
• Experience in process automation, RPA, Process Mining, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools.

At AVOS Tech, a technology company of the Prosegur Group, we are looking to hire a Senior Specialist in Transformation and Operational Efficiency for our Transformation Office, located in Madrid with a hybrid modality.

We are looking for a person with experience analyzing and improving complex, high-volume operations, capable of combining process knowledge, data analysis, and business vision to identify real transformation opportunities.

The mission of this position will be to understand how operations function, measure their performance through data, and convert that analysis into concrete initiatives for improvement, efficiency, scalability, and automation. We are not looking for a profile focused solely on documenting processes nor a pure data analyst, but rather someone capable of interpreting an operation from start to finish and defending recommendations with their own judgment.

• Analyze and map Front Office and Back Office operational processes, studying volumes, cycle times, workload, and resources required per type of activity.
• Analyze productivity, quality, efficiency, and operating cost indicators.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, standardization, and automation.
• Quantify the impact of transformation initiatives, including necessary investment, potential savings, capacity release, time reduction, and productivity improvement.
• Develop business cases to allow for the prioritization of initiatives and to support investment decisions before Management.
• Design and develop operational dashboards for monitoring productivity, automation, and efficiency.
• Identify comparable activities between different services or clients to detect economies of scale and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, and Business teams in the definition and implementation of transformation initiatives.
• Transform data and process analysis into concrete, prioritized recommendations oriented toward generating a real and measurable impact on the business.

The position will be part of the Transformation Office, with direct interaction with different business areas and participation in strategic initiatives for operational and technological evolution within AVOS Tech and Prosegur Group.
