The role

We are looking for a SISnet Tech Lead with extensive technical and functional experience in the SISnet platform to join strategic projects in the insurance sector.

The selected person will be responsible for leading evolutionary maintenance initiatives, development of new functionalities, version updates, and the technological evolution of the solution, collaborating closely with business, architecture, and development teams.

In addition to providing expert knowledge on the platform, they must act as the technical reference for the team, guaranteeing the quality of solutions, compliance with best practices, and the correct execution of projects.

What you'll do

Technically lead development teams in projects based on SISnet.
Participate in the functional and technical design of solutions.
Coordinate corrective and evolutionary maintenance activities.
Manage and supervise developments, integrations, and deployments.
Define and promote quality standards and development best practices.
Participate in SISnet version update and migration processes.
Collaborate with functional and business areas to analyze requirements and propose solutions.
Identify technical risks and propose mitigation actions.
Mentoring and technical support for developers and analysts.
Drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities within the SISNET ecosystem.

Requirements

Solid experience in SISNET projects, with both functional and technical knowledge of the platform.
Experience as a Tech Lead, Technical Leader, or technical reference for development teams.
Ability to define solution architectures, integration patterns, and development best practices in enterprise environments.
Experience in SISNET version update and migration processes.
Interest and ability to identify, evaluate, and drive AI within the SISnet environment and the insurance business.
Advanced knowledge in: Java, Spring Framework, Maven, Oracle, REST, SOAP, etc.
