The role

We are looking for a CMMS and Maintenance Manager to lead the comprehensive maintenance management of a wide portfolio of buildings and facilities using asset and computer-aided maintenance management tools.

What you'll do

Manage maintenance services for buildings and facilities.
Coordinate providers and service companies, supervising compliance with contracts, SLAs, and quality standards.
Analyze the services and maintenance market to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and cost optimization.
Participate in bidding, approval, and contracting processes for providers.
Supervise the correct execution of preventive, corrective, and regulatory maintenance.
Use the CMMS tool for the planning, monitoring, and analysis of maintenance activity.
Perform economic monitoring of contracts, budgets, and investments associated with services and facilities.
Control activity, quality, and performance indicators for outsourced services.
Coordinate improvement, renovation, and adaptation actions for facilities.
Manage incidents and needs reported by the different centers.
Ensure compliance with applicable technical and safety regulations.
Participate in digitalization projects and continuous improvement of Facilities Management processes.
