Previous experience in fleet management, automotive, renting, transport, logistics, or administrative agencies related to vehicles will be valued.

The role

FLEET MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATOR.

At Grupo Crit, we are looking for an administrator in fleet management to work for a major company specializing in the waste sector located in Madrid (Chamartin Area)

What you'll do

Management of vehicle registrations and cancellations.
Registration, updating, and monitoring of information in the corporate GMAO.
Management and monitoring of vehicle registrations.
Management of driver identification files and processing of fines.
Coordination and monitoring of vehicle transport.
Document management associated with the fleet.
Continuous coordination with providers specialized in procedures before the DGT and Transport agencies.
Coordination with logistics providers for the collection, delivery, and transfer of vehicles.
Administrative support to the various operational centers regarding fleet management.
Monitoring and resolution of incidents related to the previous processes.

How you'll work

3-month contract + 3-month extension 6 months + incorporation into the company's permanent staff.
Full-time: 40 hours/week.
Schedule: flexible from Monday to Thursday 8.5h with entry from 7:30 to 9:30 and exit no earlier than 17:00 to 19:00, and Friday 6.5h with entry from 7:30 to 9:30 and exit from 14:00 to 16:00.
Salary: €25,000 gross annual
