Security Operations Manager

Prosegur is looking for a Security Operations Manager in San Sebastián

Prosegur, a leading multinational company in the security sector, needs to incorporate a Security Operations Manager into its San Sebastián Delegation. We are looking for a proactive and organized professional to join our team and guarantee excellence in the provision of our services.

You will be responsible for guaranteeing the effectiveness of the security service provision for those clients under your scope of responsibility

a) Plan services according to the requirements agreed upon with the client and the quality criteria established by the Company, maintaining a fluid relationship with the client by knowing their needs and expectations and identifying business opportunities.

b) Guarantee the correct and homogeneous execution of the service by implementing operations at the client's service centers.

c) Monitor what has been implemented and identify opportunities for improvement in design, planning, and execution. Receive feedback from the client regarding how the service is being provided.

d) Execute the established inspection plan for clients and identify improvement actions, proposing them, implementing them, and monitoring them.

e) Be the primary person responsible for employee care and their needs, guaranteeing their correct integration into the centers, knowledge of operations, and compliance with Private Security Legislation.

f) Manage the labor generated by the planning of services under your scope of responsibility within the applications.

• Education and Experience:
• It is essential to hold a Security Guard License (TIP).
• High School Diploma, Vocational Training (FP1), or Higher Education is required, supplemented by at least 5 years of demonstrable experience as a Security Guard.
• A qualification as a Security Director or Security Chief will be positively valued.
• Technical Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Type B driver's license and availability to drive.
• Availability:
• Schedule flexibility to adapt to operational needs.
• Other Valuable Skills:
• Previous experience in team management.
• Possession of a Type C firearms license or the possibility of obtaining it in the short term.

Prosegur, empresa multinacional líder en el sector de la seguridad, precisa incorporar a su Delegación de San Sebastián un/a Gestor/a de Operaciones de Seguridad. Buscamos un profesional proactivo y organizado para unirse a nuestro equipo y garantizar la excelencia en la prestación de nuestros servicios.

Será el responsable de garantizar la eficacia de la prestación del servicio de seguridad de aquellos clientes que estén bajo su ámbito de responsabilidad

a) Planificar los servicios de acuerdo a los requisitos pactados con el cliente y los criterios de calidad establecidos por la Compañía, manteniendo una relación fluida con el cliente conociendo sus necesidades, expectativas e identificando oportunidades de negocio.

b) Garantizar la correcta y homogénea ejecución del servicio implementando las operativas en los centros de servicio del cliente.

c) Realizar el seguimiento de lo implementado e identificar oportunidades de mejora tanto en diseño, planificación como ejecución. Recepcionar la percepción por parte del cliente de cómo se está prestando el servicio.

d) Ejecutar el plan de inspección establecido para los clientes e identificar acciones de mejora, proponiéndolas, implementándolas y realizando seguimiento.

e) Ser el máximo responsable de atención al empleado y sus necesidades, garantizando su correcta integración en los centros, conocimiento de operativas y cumplimiento de la Legislación de Seguridad Privada.

f) Gestionar en las aplicaciones la mano de obra generada por la planificación de los servicios bajo su ámbito de responsabilidad.

• Titulación y Experiencia:
• Imprescindible contar con la TIP de Vigilante de Seguridad.
• Se requiere Bachillerato, FP1, o Estudios Superiores, complementado con al menos 5 años de experiencia demostrable como Vigilante de Seguridad.
• Se valorará positivamente la titulación de Director de Seguridad o Jefe de Seguridad.
• Habilidades Técnicas:
• Dominio avanzado del paquete Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Permiso de conducir Tipo B y disponibilidad para conducir.
• Disponibilidad:
• Flexibilidad horaria para adaptarte a las necesidades operativas.
• Otras Habilidades Valorable:
• Experiencia previa en la gestión de equipos.
• Disponer de la licencia de armas tipo C o la posibilidad de obtenerla en un corto plazo.
