We are looking to hire a Technical Support Manager who will take on the coordination and supervision of technical services linked to security systems, guaranteeing the correct functioning of the facilities, the adequate management of incidents, and compliance with the service levels agreed upon with the client.
The selected person will act as a technical and operational reference, combining team management with incident coordination and direct communication with the client, being capable of operating with autonomy in decision-making and in the daily management of the service.
