The role
Prosegur Soluciones Integrales de Seguridad needs to hire a Budgeting Engineer to manage tender requests, including the review of received documentation, and the subsequent design, budgeting, and technical preparation of low and medium complexity Electronic Security Systems (SES) solutions, working in a coordinated manner with the budgeting, sales, pre-sales, and operations teams.
What you'll do
- Review received documentation and starting requirements for the preparation of requested offers.
- Participate when necessary in technical visits and data collection at client facilities.
- Lead the technical and economic design of low and medium complexity SES projects: generally intrusion systems, CCTV, and access control, applying security regulations and internal standards.
- Collaborate when necessary with the purchasing, sales, and pre-sales teams in the preparation and defense of offers.
- Prepare budgets and technical documentation associated with the offers.
- Interlocution with clients in the presentation and defense of certain offers.
- Collaborate with the operations teams in the handover and replanning of accepted offers.
- Support the analysis of costs, materials, and execution times.
REQUIREMENTS
- Technical degree: Engineering (Telecommunications, Computer Science, Industrial, or similar) or Higher Vocational Training in electricity, electronics, telecommunications, or computer science.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in project preparation and security systems budgeting.
- Experience in the implementation of intrusion systems, IP CCTV, and access control will be valued.
- Interest in developing yourself professionally in project engineering and SES budgeting.
- Ability to learn, proactive attitude, and orientation toward teamwork.
- Driving license.
