We are looking to hire a Fleet Analyst. Inventory and Operations, a key position to guarantee the quality and up-to-date status of vehicle inventory, coordinating the administrative and operational processes related to vehicle registrations, deliveries, reassignments, returns, and de-registrations. Additionally, they will be the global point of reference for everything related to MDM, vehicle deliveries, and returns, providing support and training to other countries when necessary.

• Manage and maintain an up-to-date vehicle inventory, guaranteeing the quality and consistency of information in corporate systems.
• Coordinate the processes of vehicle registration, delivery, reassignment, return, and de-registration, ensuring a smooth experience for users and delegations.
• Perform data reconciliations and validations between renting operators, ERP, MDM, and fleet management tools.
• Guarantee the correct management and traceability of documentation associated with vehicles and drivers, providing support for internal and external audits.
• Coordinate the operational relationship with renting operators, workshops, and other providers, monitoring orders, deliveries, and incidents.
•  Identify deviations in data quality and promote corrective actions to improve processes and information reliability.
• Validate information in MDM, ERP, and fleet management tools.
