What we're looking for
- University degree in Business Administration and Management, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related degrees.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in positions related to Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Project Management.
- Demonstrable experience in demand planning, sourcing management, and coordination with multiple business areas.
- Solid knowledge of Procurement and Sourcing processes, including negotiation, supplier management, and budget control.
- Participation in ERP implementation or transformation projects, especially those linked to the Procurement module.
- Experience in functional analysis, requirements management, testing coordination, and change adoption.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously in complex and multidisciplinary environments.
- Collaborative leadership, results orientation, and continuous improvement, with the ability to drive operational efficiency and manage initiatives in multidisciplinary and international environments.
Nice to have
- Experience using Imperia SCP for demand planning, sourcing, and inventory optimization will be valued.
- Advanced level of English is valued.

We are looking to hire a Supply Chain Procurement Planner for our Corporate Finance Department, with experience in procurement management, sourcing, demand planning, and leading transformation projects oriented towards continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
What you'll do
- Coordinate demand planning and sourcing processes in collaboration with the Operations, Marketing, and other business areas.
- Lead transformation and process improvement initiatives within Procurement and Supply Chain, ensuring their alignment with the corporate strategy.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with defined deadlines, resources, and objectives.
- Drive the optimization of procurement and sourcing processes, including negotiation, supplier qualification, and evaluation.
- Actively participate in ERP system implementation and evolution projects, especially within the Procurement scope.
- Perform functional analysis, requirements definition, testing coordination, training plans, and change management.
- Coordinate cross-functional work with the Finance, IT, Operations, Legal, and Logistics areas to ensure correct project execution.
- Identify risks, propose mitigation measures, and ensure compliance with management methodologies and standards.
- Develop indicators and improvement proposals oriented towards increasing efficiency, spend control, and the area's results.
