What we're looking for

Minimum of 3 years of experience in positions related to Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Process Transformation.
Solid knowledge of Purchasing and Procurement processes: negotiation, supplier evaluation, contract management, and spend control.
Experience participating in ERP implementations or evolutions, especially in Purchasing modules.
Ability to perform functional analysis, requirements definition, and testing coordination.
Experience working with different corporate areas and managing stakeholders at different organizational levels.
High capacity for planning, organization, and simultaneous management of multiple projects.
Excellent communication, coordination, and influence skills.

The role

We are looking to hire a Purchasing and Supply Chain Analyst within the Corporate Finance Department, with a focus on transformation projects, process optimization, and continuous improvement of Purchasing and Supply Chain operations. The selected person will play a key role in the evolution of our processes, systems, and tools, collaborating cross-functionally with different business areas and leading initiatives with global impact.

What you'll do

Lead transformation projects oriented towards process improvement, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment.
Simultaneously manage different projects, coordinating priorities, resources, deadlines, and risks.
Analyze, design, and optimize Purchasing and Procurement processes.
Participate in ERP implementation and evolution initiatives, especially in the Purchasing module.
Perform functional analysis, requirements definition, and coordination of user testing.
Supervise training plans and change adoption, ensuring the correct implementation of new tools and processes.
Coordinate work with Finance, IT, Operations, Legal, and Logistics areas to ensure project success.
Monitor indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure the achievement of measurable results.
Manage supplier relationships and contribute to the optimization of spending and the supply chain.
