Customer Service Agent - Banking Sector

• Contract: Job stability with a permanent contract.
• Salary: according to the Contact Center collective agreement (€1,428.30 gross per month + corresponding bonuses (holidays, night work, etc.)
• Excellent Work Environment: You will join a dynamic and collaborative team where a positive atmosphere is a top priority.
• Schedule: full-time, 39 hours per week. The schedule is distributed from Monday to Sunday, working two morning weeks (8am-4pm) and one afternoon week (4pm-12am). One week you will work the weekend and the following week you will enjoy two days off during the week. We also have a fixed night shift from 12am to 8am.
• Hybrid work model: the week worked from Monday to Sunday is 100% remote, and the week worked from Monday to Friday is in-person at the office.
• Workplace: The service will initially be provided from our offices located in Polígono Plaza. (We do not have company transportation).
