What we're looking for

Experience: At least 4 years in operational management control, productivity analysis, or capacity planning functions in BPO, Front Office, or high-volume service environments.
Essential tools: Advanced mastery of Excel and Power BI for data modeling and visualization.
Analytical skills: An autonomous profile capable of extracting, cleaning, analyzing, and presenting information to Management.

Nice to have

Education (valuable): Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a postgraduate degree in Business Analytics / Operations.
Other desirable knowledge: Experience in operational planning (Workforce Management - WFM), Erlang C calculators for staffing dimensioning, and Contact Center tools.
Languages: Native Spanish and technical English.

Currently, we are looking for a Productivity and

Efficiency Analyst with an analytical mindset, mastery of Front Office operations, and the ability to transform data into decisions.

What you'll do

Build and maintain the Front Office productivity dashboard, with actionable metrics per service (handling time, first contact resolution [FCR] rate, agent occupancy, among others).
Perform periodic monitoring of operational KPIs by service and client, identifying deviations from the baseline and generating early warnings to prevent impacts on SLA or costs.
Analyze the actual distribution of resources by activity and service, detecting bottlenecks and reallocation opportunities without compromising quality.
Prepare monthly and quarterly operational management control reports for Management, including analysis of variations and root causes of deviations.
Collaborate with service managers in defining productivity standards by interaction typology and establishing internal benchmarks.
