What you'll get

Permanent contract.
Salary according to the Contact Center collective agreement (€17,139 gross annual + corresponding collective agreement bonuses)
Working day: Full-time (39h per week). Distributed from Monday to Sunday (one week you work the weekend and another you have two days off during the week)
Schedule: Rotating shifts: morning from 08:00 to 16:00 and afternoon from 16:00 to 24:00. One week from Monday to Friday and another week from Monday to Sunday (includes holidays).
Hybrid work model: the week you work from Monday to Sunday is 100% remote work, and the week you work from Monday to Friday is in-person in the office.

The role

At AVOS TECH, the BPO business line in PROSEGUR, we are actively searching for Telephone Customer Service and Back Office Agents specialized in the banking sector, with a crucial focus on fraud prevention and management, for one of our clients in our banking sector. What you'll do

Manage customer service and support regarding operations and payment methods, coordinate fraud prevention tasks, and implement back office administrative operations.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: Valuable in telephone customer service positions, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
Office automation knowledge at a user level, and desirable knowledge of the Google suite.
Communication skills and customer orientation.
A real desire to contribute: We are looking for someone with positive energy and curiosity, with a desire to get involved in a new growing project where your ideas and your initiative are heard from day one.
