What do we offer? ✨

Contract: Permanent!
Schedule: Rotating morning and afternoon shifts (6:00 to 14:00 / 14:00 to 23:00) from Monday to Sunday.
Salary: Salary according to collective agreement of 1435€/month (in 15 payments) PLUS a service supplement of 243€/month.

What are we looking for? We are looking for Security Guards with at least 1 year of experience who want to join our team to provide services in a STORE located in Figueres. If you have a vocation for security, customer service, and you like managing the environment, we want to meet you! 🌟

What you'll do

Your main functions will be: 🛡️

Comprehensive protection: Ensure the security of assets and people within the store.
Active surveillance: Supervise and control the facilities to prevent incidents.
Access control: Manage and verify the access of people, ensuring correct identification.
Crime prevention: Work to prevent THEFT and other criminal acts, collaborating closely with the State Security Forces and Corps.
Internal regulations: Ensure correct compliance with our client's internal rules, maintaining a safe and orderly environment.
Customer service: Offer friendly and professional treatment to customers, resolving doubts and managing incidents effectively.
Environment management: Maintain constant supervision of the work area, identifying and reporting any risk situation.
Communication skill: Be a clear and effective point of contact, both with store staff and with customers and authorities.
