Prepare planning scenarios and sequence alternatives in the face of blockages, changes, or schedule risks.
Anticipate deviations, bottlenecks, and incompatibilities between activities, lots, spaces, supplies, and work fronts.
Support the Development Manager and production in decision-making regarding priorities, sequences, and schedule recovery.
Coordinate with the Development Technician and technical managers the reading of critical zones, dependencies, and implementation milestones.
Record and keep relevant production information, milestones, constraints, and deviations up to date.
Prepare tracking charts, planning meetings, and visual supports with a focus on decisions, blockages, and necessary actions.
Ensure consistency between what is planned, what is executed, and what is committed to the various agents.
Contribute to a more mature, collaborative planning culture that is connected to the actual execution of the work.
