Construction Project Manager

What do we need? 🔍

Previous experience as a project manager, of at least 5-8 years, carrying out the management and supervision of works in the execution phase.

Experience in residential projects.

University degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar. Training in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is valued.

Advanced knowledge of Presto and Menfis for budget control, cost control, certifications, and economic closing of works.

Knowledge of BIM / Revit for technical coordination and interference detection, and AutoCAD for plan review and control.

Experience in the use of Microsoft Office (advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams and Planner for coordination, task monitoring, and site meetings.

Experience in construction planning and monitoring (MS Project).

Knowledge of technical regulations, CTE, license management, and Health and Safety regulations.

Their main objective will be to direct and coordinate the construction execution phase, guaranteeing compliance with the deadline, economic KPIs, quality, and project scope, acting as the primary interlocutor between the developer, the technical management, and contractors.

What will you do? 🚀

Planning and monitoring of construction execution in accordance with the approved project.

Control of the construction schedule, milestones, and short-to-medium-term planning.

Economic control of the works: budgets, certifications, deviations, and final costs.

Coordination with Technical Management (architect, technical architect, engineering firms).

Supervision and coordination of contractors.

Monitoring of compliance with construction contracts.

Management of changes, modifications, and change orders during execution.

Quality control of the executed works and compliance with technical specifications.

Monitoring of planning and tasks through digital tools.

Preparation of periodic progress reports (deadline, cost, quality, risks).

Management of technical incidents and conflict resolution on site.

Preparation and coordination of the reception, closing, and handover phase of the works.

Analysis of lessons learned for continuous improvement in future projects.
