What you'll do
What will you do?
- Management of the complete commercial process for residential developments.
- Attend to and manage contacts received through the website, real estate portals, marketing campaigns, sales office, telephone, and other commercial channels.
- Perform follow-up of clients and commercial opportunities using Salesforce.
- Identify the buyer's needs: primary residence, second home, investment, typology, budget, method of payment, and purchase timeframe.
- Present the characteristics of the development, available homes, common areas, qualities, surroundings, and services.
- Offer professional, transparent, and personalized advice throughout the entire home acquisition process.
- Organize and conduct in-person and virtual commercial visits.
- Prepare commercial proposals and accompany the client in the selection of home, garage, storage room, and possible extras.
