What you'll do

Their main objective will be to manage the technical and model dimension of the assigned developments, ensuring coherence between the project, BIM, documentation, and site needs to anticipate interferences, facilitate execution decisions, and provide technical traceability to the development team.

What will your day-to-day look like? 🚀

Manage, review, and keep the technical documentation of the assigned developments up to date.
Update and evolve the development's BIM model according to quality, version, and traceability criteria.
Model or adjust elements, details, or solutions necessary to complete the information useful for the project and the site.
Verify the geometric, documentary, and parametric consistency of the model and its deliverables.
Participate in the technical reading of the project and its translation into coordinated documentation that is useful for execution.
Coordinate with architecture, structure, installations, and external agents to ensure compatibility between disciplines.
Support the generation and review of plans, details, measurements, and documentation extracted from the model.
Analyze interferences, collisions, and critical points before and during construction.
Record, prioritize, and follow up on technical incidents derived from the model or from coordination between disciplines.
Propose resolution alternatives together with the Development Manager, production, and project teams.
Ensure compliance with BIM standards, nomenclatures, exchange criteria, and documentation defined for each development.
