Production Director - Industrial Sector

• University degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Professional experience of more than 8 years in industrial environments, preferably in multinational companies.
• Experience in team management and solid knowledge of production processes, continuous improvement, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Experience in managing investment projects and P&L.
• Analytical capacity, global business vision, results orientation, and decision-making ability.
• A resourceful, organized person with the ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally.

• An intermediate level of English will be very positively valued.

What will your mission be?

As Production Director, you will lead and optimize the plant's production operations, ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and cost objectives, aligned with the business strategy.

Among your main responsibilities will be:

• Directing and coordinating production operations, ensuring the efficiency of industrial processes.
• Leading the teams and areas under your responsibility, including supervisors, maintenance, and shipping, fostering a culture of commitment, safety, and high performance.
• Defining and implementing continuous improvement plans to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resources, applying Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Analyzing the main production KPIs, identifying deviations, and establishing corrective actions.
• Managing the plant's resources and results, participating in the management and monitoring of the profit and loss statement (P&L).
• Collaborating cross-functionally with other areas to achieve the plant's global objectives.
• Managing industrial investment projects and participating in the implementation of new processes or technologies.
• Guaranteeing compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
