Strategy& is looking for Associates to join the team. Strategy& is the management consulting area of PwC, responsible for providing—among others—the following services:

• Strategic Plans and market entry strategies - Business plans and feasibility analysis; Integration processes (synergy estimation, integration plans...)
• Digital Strategies - Innovation and development of new business opportunities
• Commercial and operational Due Diligence (market analysis, competitive positioning, business plan, structural cost analysis,...) for M&A or Refinancing Processes.
• The initial contract will run until March 7, 2027, with the possibility of joining the permanent staff. In addition, at Adecco
• Commercial efficiency (sales network optimization, business portfolio management...)
• Operational efficiency (cost reduction, operational reorganization and restructuring...)

Associates work on strategic projects, in both deal and non-deal areas, collaborating hand in hand with the most senior members of the team (Senior Associates and Managers).

We are looking for final-year students of a Double Degree/Master's Degree, covering a wide range of qualifications:

• Engineering (Industrial
• Double degrees in Business Administration + Law, Business Administration + Engineering (or similar).
• Postgraduate Programs related to the area of Management, Data Analytics, etc.

It is ESSENTIAL to have your degree completed (including the Final Degree or Master's Project) in order to join in August/September 2026. However, please note that you can participate in our selection process without having finished your studies, as the process will be open from October 2026.

Other requirements:

• Very high level of Spanish and valid work permit in the EU
• High level of spoken and written English (this will be assessed during the selection process)
• Security Guard Girona Costa + €2,150 net
• Proactive attitude and results-oriented mindset
• Availability to travel
