The role

What you'll do

Currently, PwC needs to recruit Master's students in Human Resources Management (with the possibility of establishing an internship agreement with the university) to carry out full-time internships within the Human Capital team, specifically in the Training area, collaborating and providing support in the following functions:

  • Support in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of training actions aimed at the firm's professionals.

  • Management of calls, registrations, and communications related to training programs.

  • Monitoring the attendance and participation of professionals in the various training actions.

  • Support in the management and updating of training platforms and learning tools.

  • Preparation and updating of training reports and indicators.

  • Collaboration in the logistical organization of courses, workshops, and in-person and virtual sessions.

  • Support in the administrative management associated with training and development programs.

  • Participation in learning, talent development, and employee experience projects and initiatives.

  • Coordination with different internal teams and external providers to ensure the correct execution of training plans.

  • Support to the team in administrative and management tasks specific to the area.
