Requirements

What we're looking for

Several years of experience leading engineering teams, with a real technical profile behind it.
Solid experience developing with Golang and Kubernetes (including Operator development).
Ability to maintain a holistic vision in a fast and complex environment, with multiple priorities.
Servant Leader mentality: a passion for guiding people according to their needs.
Fluent English for day-to-day operations. German is a plus, not a requirement.

Nice to have

Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
Previous experience in architecture and operation of cloud services.

We are looking for an Engineering Manager for a Platform Services vertical, in the Observability area. You will report directly to the head of the vertical and will play a key role in the design, development, and operation of Observability services: you will decide how systems are built and validated, with direct responsibility for their long-term sustainability. You will perform code reviews with a focus on scalability and maintainability, and you will have a complete vision of the product, with an active voice in the roadmap. You will also support the people on the team in their professional growth and participate in the onboarding of new talent as the team scales.
