Requirements

What we're looking for

Professional experience in roles related to Observability, DevOps, SRE or Platform Engineering.
Hands-on experience with at least one of the following suites: ELK Stack, Grafana Stack, OpenTelemetry / Prometheus / Splunk.

Nice to have

Knowledge of DevOps, Containers (Docker / Kubernetes), Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and technologies such as Linux, Git, Python, Terraform / OpenTofu, Shell Scripting is valued.
Having Observability certifications (OpenTelemetry Certified Associate, Prometheus Certified Associate, Splunk...) is valued.
Advanced English level to participate in international projects.

The role

At Logicalis Spain, we are looking for a squad of 5 Observability Engineers with Junior / Mid / Senior profiles. The Logicalis Data & Analytics team works with national and international clients, carrying out important projects in data engineering, artificial intelligence and advanced analytics, data strategy, governance, integration and architecture, covering the entire data lifecycle.

What you'll do

Design and implement observability solutions (logs, metrics and traces) tailored to each client.
Create dashboards, alerts and advanced visualizations.
Implement application instrumentation and distributed tracing.
Add AI capabilities to Observability platforms.
Analyze performance, availability and capacity issues.
Provide support in tasks, monitor platform status and investigate and resolve incidents.
Collaborate with DevOps and SRE development teams to improve early incident detection.
Document best practices and train technical users in the use of the tools.
