The role
We are currently collaborating with a global Asset Manager, with a presence in the world's main financial markets (Europe, UK, USA) and which manages assets worth hundreds of billions of euros for institutional and private clients. It is publicly traded and part of one of the large European financial groups, which gives it a level of solidity and projection unusual for a project of this size.
The company is setting up a new technology center in the heart of Madrid, with a strategic role at a global level, not a support office. The goal is to grow to several dozen people in the coming months. Right now, there are real modernization projects underway: legacy systems are being updated to more modern cloud technologies and new digital tools are being built for key business processes. Joining now means entering the initial phase, with real room to help define how the team is built.
What you'll do
Lead the analysis of complex requirements (business, data, regulatory) alongside senior stakeholders
Translate business needs into executable technical specifications (data, integration, workflow, reporting)
Analyze and validate integrations between systems: APIs, batch interfaces, XML/JSON
Support deployments and post-launch stabilization
Act as a team reference, raising analysis standards and best practices
How you'll work
Direct hire onto the payroll, permanent contract
Central Madrid, hybrid model (3 days office / 2 remote)
