• Solid experience leading engineering organizations in positions such as VP of Engineering, Head of Engineering, Engineering Director or similar.

• Demonstrable track record in the development and scaling of digital products, SaaS platforms, or complex technological environments.

• Experience managing distributed teams and growing organizations.

We are looking for a person to join us as Vice President of Engineering to lead the technological strategy, the engineering organization, and the evolution of our digital products.

The position will play a key role in defining the technical vision, scaling teams, and building a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with Product, Business, and other management teams in an international and fast-growing environment.

• Define and execute the engineering strategy in alignment with business and product objectives.

• Lead, develop, and grow multidisciplinary engineering teams, including Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and specialized technical profiles.

• Establish a clear technological vision, ensuring the scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability of the platform.

• Drive best practices in software development, architecture, testing, observability, DevOps, and continuous delivery.

• Ensure the quality and predictability of delivery, improving planning, prioritization, and project tracking processes.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, Operations, and the management team to turn business needs into effective technological solutions.

• Participate in strategic decisions related to architecture, technology, investment, hiring, and team organization.

• Promote a culture of ownership, innovation, transparency, and technical excellence.

• Identify technical and operational risks, defining mitigation and improvement plans for the medium and long term.

• Represent the engineering function to internal stakeholders, partners, and other relevant interlocutors.
