IT Technician – Quentalent Internship Program

• Intermediate-High English
• Ability to carry out curricular internships under a collaboration agreement with a vocational training center in ASIR, microcomputing and networks, or similar.
• Driver's license and own vehicle to reach the factories
• That you subsequently have availability to stay working in 24/7 shifts

Within our Quentalent internship program, we are looking for recent graduates in ASIR or similar fields, with the possibility of signing an educational cooperation agreement in various locations such as Madrid, Almufasses, Vigo, Pamplona... with the possibility of staying there after completing the internship.

• Maintain and provide support to computer systems (servers, workstations, networks, etc.) and to users to be able to function normally in each task corresponding to each department and production, and thus facilitate and speed up daily work.
• Ensuring local infrastructures (LAN, WAN, servers, PCs, laser and label printers, readers, scanners, switches, etc.)
• Support for industrial traceability and sequencing systems.
• End-user support for incidents and requests.
• Document local procedures, as well as knowledge bases of known errors.
• Apply the procedures defined by the client, especially those referring to security.
• Provide support for local and corporate applications, once appropriate local training has been received.
• Performing other tasks specific to the IT department (maintenance of servers and electronic equipment, data backup, equipment installation, etc.)
