At the Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia (UCAM), we are looking to hire a Junior IT Technician who is eager to learn, develop their technical skills, and face new challenges in a dynamic and innovative environment.

If you have completed your studies in computer science and want to take your first professional steps, this is an opportunity to put your knowledge into practice, learn from a specialized team, and contribute to the proper functioning of our university's technological systems.

You will be part of UCAM's IT support team, helping to ensure the correct functioning of equipment, systems, and technological facilities. You will provide support to administrative and service staff (PAS), teaching and research staff (PDI), and students, contributing to making technology an effective tool in their day-to-day lives.

- Technical support: you will handle inquiries and resolve IT incidents for users, both in person and remotely.

- Installation and configuration: you will collaborate in the preparation, installation, and commissioning of computers and other IT equipment.

- Classroom support: you will help keep the equipment and technological resources used in teaching activities operational.

- User service: you will manage telephone inquiries and collaborate with UCAM's ICT Contact Center.

- Multi-campus assistance: you will participate in the remote resolution of incidents at other university campuses.

- Continuous learning: you will acquire practical experience in different areas of IT support and maintenance.
