• Official accredited (or similar) training and certification in Administration / Configuration / · · Implementation / Support of Microsoft Windows.
• Knowledge of ITIL Foundations V3.
• Knowledge of management tools (ticketing) as a Help Desk Agent / Operator.
• Disability Certificate greater than 33%

• Reception, registration and diagnosis of requests and incidents communicated by clients
• First-level resolution of incidents and user requests from clients.
• Online support and assistance to clients. Perform monitoring of the evolution of incidents and requests.
• Detection of incidents in Critical Services or those affecting a large number of clients.
• Detection and escalation of improvement aspects in customer service, incident resolution and the coordination or participation in request tasks.

We are selecting a person with helpdesk experience to cover the 24×7 service with rotating shifts from 07:00 to 15:00, 09:00 to 18:00, 15:00 to 23:00 and 23:00 to 07:00 (two morning shifts, one afternoon shift and one night shift).
