We are looking for a backend development profile with solid experience in the Python and Django ecosystem, with a clear orientation toward performance, scalability, and software quality. We value people with an analytical mindset, capable of identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements.

What you'll do

Design, develop, and maintain backend applications with Python and Django, guaranteeing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
Build and optimize REST APIs with Django Rest Framework, focusing on their performance and efficiency.
Analyze and optimize PostgreSQL database performance: queries, indexes, and data modeling.
Implement caching strategies and in-memory data management with Redis/Valkey.
Develop and maintain asynchronous processing and background tasks with Celery.
Instrument applications with OpenTelemetry and integrate monitoring, logs, and metrics in Datadog to ensure system observability.
Define, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines in GitLab.
Incorporate AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude Code, into the team's workflow to improve productivity and code quality.
Contribute to technical decisions and the continuous improvement of architecture and development practices.
